Kay Pharmacy offers FREE 48-Hour Wheelchair Use


Do you, a family member, or a friend need a wheelchair for a day or two? Perhaps to get to the doctor, go to church, get to a hair appointment, go out to eat with family and friends, or go to the ball park?




What's the catch? There is none!


It's simply a way for us to help out our current customers and also get future

customers acquainted with Kay Pharmacy and Home Medical Equipment.


     

  1. Fill out the form below. While it is not mandatory, it will help us ensure availability.
  2. Come into the store (you or a friend is just fine). We will get your name and phone number and give you a wheelchair to use.
  3. Return the chair to the store within 48 hours.
  4. Tell your friends about Kay Pharmacy!
