I just wanted to pass along how pleased I was with how [your pharmacist] and [your technician] handled a prescription I needed filled last week. There was a slight problem with filling just what the Doctor prescribed. [Your pharmacist] took the time to call my physician and get the necessary change and [your technician] was kind enough to keep me informed as to what was going on and then had the script delivered. Hey Mike, I just wanted to let you know how much I love your staff and pharmacy. They are always so friendly, helpful and attentive the minute you walk in the door. Seriously, I work in the medical field and it is so nice to have a neighborhood pharmacy who feels like a family friend and discusses your medical issue with you. I feel more comfortable talking to your pharmacist then I do talking with my Doctor at times. Going to a neighborhood pharmacy is worth every penny and I will never switch to the big chains to save a few extra dollars. Just wanted to say how much I appreciate the people you have hired and let you know what a good job they are doing caring for people the way it should be. ​A few weeks ago I called and talked to one of the pharmacists. I was having an irregular heart beat different than afib for which I have medication. I wanted to know what she would recommend as I had never had to take the medication since it was prescribed. She was very kind and helpful. Based on a conversation with my doctor's office later that day, your pharmacist had given me very good advice. I was very anxious about the situation and being able to talk to your pharmacist while waiting for a call back from my doctor's office helped ease my anxiety. Thank you!

Great service. Seems to employ a lot of younger kids helping while supervised by other staff which is nice to still see around these days giving kids jobs. Always feel at home in the door. Get all our medications for both our kids and our adult foster care residents here and never had any issues. Mike the owner is a great guy. Nice place.

Kay Pharmacy is one of the small town feeling stores where the people behind the counter recognize you and treat you like a neighborhood customer, not a number. They go out of their way to deliver to those who need it and are quick to fill a prescription for those who stop in.

My main draw to Kay Pharmacy was when my kids were quite little. Of course, they're all teens now, but at the time I could walk to the pharmacy with all of them in tow. Then I heard a close friend tell of a time her son came home from the med center with a prescription to be filled, Kay Pharmacy was closed (past hours) and one of the pharmacists made a trip into the store to fill his prescription and meet her there. 

I was so impressed. It was an emergency; they saw the need and reacted. My brother-in-law relies on the delivery service for seizure medicine to be dropped of in a timely manor. Kay Pharmacy is there, prompt and smiling. It takes a big worry off my shoulders to get it to him in time. I love this store!

My wife & I have had our prescriptions filled at Kay Pharmacy for many years now, at least 10 years. We have been very satisfied with the excellent service that we always receive from Kay Pharmacy. 
Many times I have called in at the last minute and had a prescription filled and was able to pick it up in 10 or 15 minutes. 

I have even gone there and was told I could wait while they filled a prescription.The entire staffs of pharmacists and the sales people are very friendly, courteous and helpful at all times. I would never consider going to anywhere else.

Kay Pharmacy has been our neighborhood store for years. We like the friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. Several drugstores have come and gone in our neighborhood - big chains that you don't really get to know and they don't get 
to know you. 

That’s part of the reason we like Kay Pharmacy and will keep our business there for a long time.

I have used Kay Pharmacy for the past 18 years. I had become "spoiled" by a small neighborhood pharmacy back in Cincinnati, Ohio. The first time I walked in to your pharmacy, I was surprised at how many supplies you have for the elderly and/or disabled, and yet had all the "normal" things a pharmacy is expected to have. Since I work in an area that serves that population, I was very pleased.

I have always had very straightforward service with Kay Pharmacy. The pharmacists take the time to ask each customer if there are any questions about a particular medication and also the possible side effects of a prescription.
 
It's also a nice feeling to see familiar faces over the years and to be greeted with a nice smile as I enter the Pharmacy. When my family needs a prescription, I go the extra mile to get to Kay because I know that Kay goes the extra mile for me.

I worked here when I was in high school. Mr. Koelzer remains one of the best mentors I've ever had. I stopped in recently and it is such a cool place. I wish we had a Kay Pharmacy in Spring Lake where I live! It would be such an improvement to the chain stores!

My parents started getting their prescriptions filled at Treat's Pharmacy and continued in 1945 when the Koelzers took over. I have continuously gone to Kay Pharmacy since 1945 (the year I was born). I have been served by three generations that I can remember. The quality of service has always been the best, even through needed changes. 68 years of great and friendly service!!!! Thanks Mike
